Registration 2014 is CLOSED
We have completed our in-person Registration dates and are currently accepting Registration forms through the mail for guaranteed placement if received by June 15th.
In the event that you do not register at one of the three Sessions and you Mail-In the completed registration packet “received” no later than June 15th the fee will remain the same. The packet must include all of the items listed above. A Mail-In Registration player will not be guaranteed a place on an EYSC team if the completed registration packet is received after June 15th. Registration packets that are received incomplete or received late will be considered a Stand-By registration.

If the online printed version is used, please complete 2 original copies!!
A 1x1 color head shot (no hats, please) for U10 and older.
Cash or check for your registration fee listed above.
Please make checks payable to Granite Bay FC with player name in the memo line.
All New players should bring the items listed above, plus:
A copy of player's birth certificate for the club to keep.
Stand By Registration:
Registration packets that are incomplete or received late will be placed on a Stand-by Player List for possible placement on a team. The Registrar will attempt to place Stand-By Players on a team but the number of slots will be limited. All players on the Stand-By list will be contacted by the respective Age Group Coordinator (AGC) as soon as a placement can be made. Please note that registrations received in June, July and August may not be accepted since teams may already be formed.
